Career coach and best-selling author Octavia Goredema joined Nadine Spencer, CEO of both Black Business and Professionals Association and the Brand EQ Group Inc., to share some tips and tricks from her latest book Prep, Push, Pivot: Essential Career Strategies for Underrepresented Women on breaking back in, negotiating salary and determining your worth.
