Sarah Kaplan is director of the Institute for Gender and the Economy and distinguished professor of gender and the economy, and professor of strategic management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.  She’s the author of The 360° Corporation: From Stakeholder Trade-offs to Transformation (Stanford Business Books, 2019) and co-author of Creative Destruction: Why Companies That Are Built to Last Underperform the Market – and How to Successfully Transform Them (Currency, 2001).
