Can we improve feminism at work? Perhaps if we turn to sisterhood

Read time:

Tina Opie

Despite record gains in female representation in the C-suite, women still make up less than nine per cent of Fortune 500 CEOs. Women of colour make up less than half a per cent. For true gender and racio-ethnic representation, the business world still has a long way to go.

Dr. Tina Opie joins Rotman Visiting Experts to talk about why we need to dig deeper and challenge our own personal assumptions and prejudices, and why we need to build sisterhood with our colleagues if we want to see real change in representation.

Tune in next month for our conversation with author David Sax to talk about why it might be time to start de-digitizing our lives.

New episodes of Rotman Visiting Experts are released monthly on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts. Desktop listeners can also tune in on Simplecast.
