Leaders are people that others will follow. What makes
a leader? There are thousands of books written on this subject, but to some
it remains a great mystery. How do leaders do it?
The objective of this course is to demystify leadership and turn it into
work. The end-result is a template that participants can use, whatever their
strengths, and to be as effective as they can be as a leader.

Course Summary:
Seven sessions scheduled throughout the program serve
as the overall introduction and foundation to the learning theme of the course
- The Chief As CEO. The course covers advanced strategy concepts applicable
to leaders in police services by using case studies, readings and insights
from external speakers. It also establishes the participative learning model
of the program.
