The ideal participant is a senior member of the leadership team in a health-care institution. Rotman health programs always draw a mix of clinical and non-clinical leaders. Typical job titles include CEO's, Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Director, Clinical Department Head (particularly in institutions that have adopted a program management structure), and Chief of Nursing or Medicine. All applicants must have the support of their CEO and/or Board.
