TORONTO, April 5, 2002 --
Corporate governance. Financial disclosure. Auditing. Risk
Management. The Enron situation raises new and troubling

the University of Toronto's Joseph L. Rotman School
of Management is holding two additional seminars for
the business community to examine the issues and lessons
learned from Enron. Panels composed of Rotman faculty
and friends will share their expertise.
