Aarti Mohinani

Principal

She brings experience in people strategy and human capital to the Impact Consulting Group. Before her MBA, Aarti built her career at KPMG Canada, leading national initiatives across talent strategy, inclusion, and program design. With hands-on experience in workforce analytics, change management, and digital adoption, she helped the organization navigate AI-driven internal transformation and translate complex challenges into scalable, people-centered solutions.

Aarti is drawn to solving ambiguous problems at the intersection of strategy, people, and technology. She channels her background in stakeholder engagement and organizational strategy into helping clients build the capabilities they need to grow, with a particular focus on Retail & CPG, Financial Services, and M&A.

Arjun Anish

Principal

Arjun has 5+ years of experience in sales strategy and stakeholder management at Salesforce and Lead Squared, he specializes in aligning complex cloud solutions with enterprise business objectives. Arjun has worked across diverse industries, partnering with a wide range of clients from global enterprise accounts to startups and SMEs. He has a proven track record of driving the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, consistently leading cross-functional initiatives to translate customer pain points into actionable technical use cases.

Mengyi Liu

Mengyi Liu

Principal

Mengyi has 8+ years of experience across cross-border trade, capital markets, and client relationship management. She previously supported the expansion of a digital trade service center in Vietnam, working with local partners to build cross-border sales channels and facilitate business growth. She also has experience in securities brokerage and futures trading, where she developed market awareness, client communication skills, and a strong understanding of capital markets and client needs. Through these experiences, Mengyi has built strengths in market research, stakeholder communication, and cross-border market analysis, and she is keen to leverage these strengths to support clients in identifying growth opportunities and developing practical business strategies.

Rahul Raj

Rahul Raj

Principal

Rahul is a consultant with seven years of experience across strategy, sustainability, and public sector advisory, having advised governments, multilateral development organizations, and Fortune 500 clients on complex execution problems across India and Southeast Asia. His work has spanned the full arc of delivery, from designing policy and evaluation frameworks to supporting the rollout of large-scale programs, with a consistent focus on the operational realities that determine whether strategy actually translates into outcomes. Working at the intersection of policy and business, he has developed a sharp view of where organizations lose value in the gap between recommendation and implementation. In the near term, he is positioning himself to deepen this craft at a leading global consulting firm; longer term, he intends to build his own practice, grounded in the conviction that the best consulting work does not end at the slide deck.

A scientist-turned entrepreneur, she is the Co-founder and CEO of Re:Pair Genomics, an AI-driven biotech venture. Shiron brings a unique perspective to her consulting engagements, combining technical expertise in gene therapy R&D (MSc, Pharmaceutical Sciences) in the US, with financial acumen as a Healthcare Analyst for the Rotman Student Investment Fund (RSIF). Having successfully secured non-dilutive funding and pitched on international stages, she leverages an extensive global network of founders and industry professionals to provide clients with on-the-ground market intelligence and cross-border strategic insights.

Cole McClean

Senior Consultant, Business Transformation, EY

Cole McClean served as a Principal with Impact Consulting Group from 2025–2026. Prior to that, he worked on consulting, research, and analytics engagements at IMI International and SponsorPulse. He is currently supporting IvoryOS as a Business Development and Commercialization Lead, helping scale an AI-powered platform that enables scientists to build and operate autonomous, self-driving laboratories through low-code automation and workflow orchestration. His experience spans business transformation, strategic planning, customer insights, financial modelling, organizational effectiveness, and performance measurement across industries including sports, media, technology, consumer goods, and nonprofit organizations. Cole holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotman School of Management and a Master of Arts in Sport Management from Brock University.
