Geoffrey Leonardelli is an associate professor in organizational behaviour at the University of Toronto and this web site describes his research, teaching, and consulting services. As a researcher in the fields of social psychology and organizational behavior, he seeks to understand basic psychological theory and its applications to organizational settings. As a teacher, he assists students to develop the skills needed to lead and negotiate effectively. As a consultant, he uses his expertise to assist business executives to improve the organizational environment.
